when you have lost everything
and you are running,
what actually matters then?
Community + love + kindness
with all that we do in our
busy, fun filling lives of so so much
lets make more space for community, love and kindness
it is far more important.

Nature Therapy

The wind blows through the big tree,
through the leaves
on the big tree,
outside mums 
window,
outside her house
at the bottom of 
the garden.
So soft- I can feel
this soft sensation
of wind through leaves
a calming soft rhythm
on my mind
on my body.

morning

breathe

and let the good feeling

flow, and let it stretch

out in a spiral

before us.

Give some plants,
A chance.

never never never
      getting out of

I always felt I,

I felt strange to be here,

would like to just be,
